Big Haircut
After 6 years with long hair and only minor adjustments, I decided it was time to cut it off. I wanted long hair for my wedding, but now that all of our wedding festivities are over, I went under the scissors. Here are before and after pictures. I am happy with it. I hope everyone likes it.

Internet Woes
We moved into our new apartment May 11th... almost 3 weeks ago. We discovered that all the utilities had been shut off, and we had no internet (it was supposed to be connected already). Three weeks later someone finally came out to fix our internet. It took him about 5 seconds to do so, and was something I could have done easily, if I had only known where the internet equipment was located. Turns out it was hidden in a box in our closet, behind Katherine's clothes.
Anyways... hopefully we will be able to catch up on our blog now. We have a lot to write about... the wedding, honeymoon, open house in Florida, our new apartment.... etc. Stay tuned.

My Last Shower
Today I had my last of three bridal showers. I have been so spoiled. My sister Annie threw me one in Boise with a lot of ladies from my home ward who have known me most of my life. Landon's Family (grandmas, aunts, cousins, sisters) threw me one as well. And today, Marcie Ward threw me my "friend" shower. It was a lot of fun. We had cheese fondue and a chocolate fondue fountain (thanks Mike and Emily). Here are some pictures from today.

Beowulf!

Saturday night Katherine and I went over to Mike's (her brother) house to hang out. Katherine and I had just rented Beowulf because she had read it in her humanities class a semester or so ago, and was curious about the movie. We decided to watch it that night... big mistake.
It was one of the worst movies I have seen in a while. For some reason Beowulf felt the need to always fight completely naked, but luckily there was always some strategically placed object to protect us from seeing too much. I had the impression at least 3 times during the film that things were winding up and that the movie should be ending any minute now. It didn't.
In the end, I'm not really sure what the moral of the film was. I guess the lesson I learned is that it isn't a good idea to father a demon child with Angelina Jolie, the demon queen, even if she promises to make you a king.

Celebrity Morph by MyHeritage
We have played with the fun tools at MyHeritage.com before, and it is always a good time. They have come up with some pretty innovative ideas. Of course, whenever I use their face recognition stuff I almost always get matched with girls. I decided to show how hot I really am by using their morph tool to turn myself into Jennifer Love Hewitt.

Once again...
I guess I get another chance at blogging. I have historically been bad at it. I usually only last for a few weeks or months, and then forget all about it. Maybe Katherine will help me be more diligent.
Here we are!
I was going to wait until after we were married to make a blog about us, but it is Thursday night and I don't have anything due tomorrow. This blog will be starring us- you will be able to see pictures, hear about our news, and stuff like that.
